Kokedama: the japanese art of the 'String Garden'. Have you seen 'em? Ultra cool moss garden vessels that host whatever your plant imagination can conjure. You can suspend them in mid-air or display them elegantly on a flat pedestal. They're chic and unique! The Plant Provocateur is offering a a special workshop teaching you how to create, build, and care for these amazing individual gardens of visual deliciousness.
This is a hands-on workshop so come prepared to get dirty. Each participant leaves with their very own Kokedama 'String Garden'. Participants will learn how to fashion a moss vessel, plant it with a supplied plant, and prepare it for presentation.
Here the details: Workshop takes place Sunday, September 13th from 10:00am - 11:30am at The Plant Provocateur shop on the patio. Workshop fee is $60. This covers all materials + instruction provided to create your Kokedama. Workshop is limited to 8 people.
